Expungements

Expungement is a way to remove past offenses from the public record. Recent expansions under the “Clean Slate” laws include up to three felonies & an unlimited number of misdemeanors to be expunged. There are certain offenses that aren’t allowed to be expunged, however. Let us guide you through this process, which can take up to eight months.
